Heavy Breathing

Julay everyone!!!

We have made it Leh after the weather here canceled our first flight, keeping us in muddy Delhi for an extra night and what an amazing place Leh is.

The flight here was spectacular as you can see:

The views from the city (Leh is more like a town really) are breathtaking and we are taking pics from every small hill, rooftop, terrace we can find. Our lovely room also has a big window facing the mountains, so you cant really escape the scenery. The guest house also has a colorful garden where we spent the morning soaking up the sun

Sadly (is it really ?) we don't have cell phone reception here so our only mode of communication is the net. I hope we wont be lazy and will write, though judging from the emails we sent it wont be a problem.

Our dealing with the altitude is also better than we expected and turning over in the bed is easier then we thought :) even walking about is OK, so today we climbed up a small hilltop near the entrance to the city to bring you these:

That's it for now... we will be spending the next few days lazily arranging our trek and soaking up more sun. Wishing you all happy holidays !!
